At Paradigm, we craft each jacket with care and attention to detail. We understand that shopping online can be challenging, so for your peace of mind, we’ve designed a returns and exchanges process that is simple, clear, and stress-free.

 


1. Return & Exchange Window

 

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

 


2. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

 

To be eligible, your jacket should be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products showing signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.


3. How to Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email info@paradigmofficial.com with your order number and desired outcome (refund, store credit, or exchange)

  2. We will provide detailed instructions for returning your jacket

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect

  • Use a tracked service — the item is your responsibility until we receive it

  • Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted

4. Exchanges

 

If you would like a different size or style:

  • Send your jacket back following our instructions

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll send your replacement jacket

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

 


5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

If your jacket is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Or full refund, including return shipping

 


6. Change of Mind

 

It’s perfectly fine if you change your mind -  you can return your jacket and choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, as long as it’s in eligible condition.

To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our policy, we may refuse returns for Change of Mind if we reasonably believe the item was purchased without consulting our size chart, product descriptions, or confirming your size, or if we suspect abuse of this policy.

Clearance Sale jackets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 


7. Refunds

 

  • Refunds apply to all full-priced jackets or faulty/incorrect items

  • After inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

 


8. Non-Returnable / Final Sale

 

  • Final Sale / clearance jackets

  • Gift cards

 


International Exchange & Refund Policy - UK, EU & USA

 

  • You have 14 days from the date your parcel is received to request a return.

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return postage costs, taxes, and duties.

  • If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Paradigm will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.

  • Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Paradigm. We recommend ensuring items are securely packaged and that tracking information is obtained when posting your return.

  • Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders.
